Our five- and two-color 28" Komori Lithrone presses are capable of printing one to five inks in a single run. These presses are quick and efficient while maintaining quality from start to finish. The five-color Komori is perfect for four color process jobs, with the fifth unit giving you the option of an extra spot color or varnish, while the two-color press lets you enjoy the benefits associated with a larger Komori while remaining cost effective for one- and two-color runs. We also have an Hamada 660 press for smaller jobs such as business cards, letterhead, and envelopes.

Pre-Press

We support the most up-to-date versions of design programs, including QuarkXpress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Pagemaker, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Macromedia FreeHand, and CorelDraw. Imposition is accomplished using Creo Preps, while trapping, digital proofing, and color separation are carried out with our Xitron Xenith RIP. Plates are output to a PressTek Dimension Platesetter. We can scan reflective artwork as large as 12" x 18" and transparent artwork up to 9" x 16", with a maximum resolution of 8000 dpi on our Linotype-Hell Topaz 2 scanner.
