This is an 8 1/2 x 11 cover for a spiral bound book. Sunset scanned the photo and placed it in the file furnished. We trapped and imposed the file, output film, and made color proofs for a client's approval. The job was then printed using four color process on a lightweight board stock.
This table tent was furnished to us on a disk ready for output. Sunset performed all trapping and imposition, which produced a high quality, cost effective job. We output film and made final color proofs. The job was then printed using four-color process inks along with a flood gloss varnish to help protect against fingerprints and handling. the table tents were then diecut, folded, glued, and boxed flat.

For this 11 x 25 1/2 brochure, film was furnished by the customer. Sunset stripped the film and made a blueline for the customer. The brochure was printed on a matte stock using four color process along with one pantone color. To highlight certain photos a dry trap spot gloss varnish was used with a second pass on the press. This job was then scored on the folds to alleviate cracking and folded to 8 1/2 x 11.
This annual peport is an eight-page book with a six-page fold out cover. The photos were scanned by Sunset. The customer then placed the scans in their file and furnished the job to us on a disk. This job was printed using four-color process on 80# matte cover stock. One panel has a right angle perforation, which contains a reply mail card. The rest of the panels were scored and folded using a gatefold for a nicer presentation. |
