Because Word looks at your page setup when flowing the text in your document, differences in margins between the printer used at initial layout and the printers used for output may cause a reflow. The best and most reliable route for getting your Word documents through a pre-press workflow is to convert the files to PDF format on the system where they were originally created. If you are unable to submit a PDF file, please make sure to include all fonts and graphics used in your document.
